About Us

Kathy Easley originally began working for TCL Securities (now Argent Advisors) in May 1993. After working for a year then leaving for one year, she returned and has been employed for over 30 years with the firm. In August of 1996 she obtained her Series 7 stockbroker license and the following month passed the securities agent state law examination. During the time that TCL Securities was their own broker/dealer, Kathy served in the position of vice president of operations and compliance.

Kathy has worked for 28 years serving her own clients, as well as assisting in the administration of clients for Mike Jones and Byron Moore. In addition to discount brokerage, she also has an insurance license to sell variable annuities. In 2020, Kathy earned her Series 66 securities registration to become an investment adviser representative.

Kathy is married to Scott Easley from Ruston. They have three grown daughters, Kelsey, Katie and Devin. They currently have four grandsons and one granddaughter. Kathy and Scott are active members of Ruston Church of Christ.
